As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything, God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. 1 Peter 4:10-11

The Ministry Placement and Development Team is driven by basic principles found in 1 Peter 4:10-11.  Every believer is unique because of their Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experience, or simply put, S.H.A.P.E.  All of these areas help SHAPE you for the ministry that God has specifically for you as you serve him and serve the body of Christ.  We as a Team want to encourage you to use your S.H.A.P.E. to serve the body of Christ.
