Kristie has been employed through the MDO program since 2000 and became the Program Director in 2001. She has been a resident of Chelsea since 1986, with family ties to the Chelsea area since 1970.  Kristie and her husband Trent have one daughter, Madeline, who is a college student at the University of Alabama.  They are members of Bethel Baptist Church in Columbiana.  Kristie’s goal is to provide a nurturing Christian environment to enrich a young child’s personal development – emotional, social, physical, intellectual and most importantly, spiritual.
