CentriKid Day Camp

WHAT IS CENTRI-KID DAY CAMP?  CentriKid Day Camp is a week-long day camp (July 22—26) for children who have completed Kindergarten—5th Grade in the 2018/2019 academic school year. Each camper will participate in 4 specialized track times, worship, Bible study, and more!  (Registration begins on Sunday, February 10th. Registration packets may be picked up from the church office, Kids Ministry Office or at the Kids Information Desk.)

WHAT IS THE COST? $180 Registration. $50 deposit due upon registering your child with a $130 balance due in the Kids Ministry office by Wednesday, July 17th.

*LBC has a notary in the office on Mondays—Thursdays from 8 am—5 pm and will notarize your registration and medical release forms at no charge.

WHAT WILL THE COST INCLUDE? Camp will include instructors from Centri-Kid, Chelsea Community Center rental, supplies, snacks, and T-shirt.

WHO WILL BE THERE? Qualified and trained CentriKid (LifeWay Christian Resources) staff,  plus adults and teens from Liberty Baptist Church who love your kids! (Background checks will be given for all adults who work with our children.)

WHERE WILL THE ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE? All activities will take place on the LBC campus, Chelsea  Community Center, and Chelsea Youth Club Baseball Complex. We will have Chelsea’s own C.O.P.S. stopping traffic on Liberty Road and County Road 47 escorting children safely across the road.   .

WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING? Each camper will need to bring a sack lunch each day.  LBC will provide lemonade, sweet tea, or water and snacks each day. Campers will be outside each day, so they may wear a cap and sunglasses, bring insect repellant/sunscreen, and a water bottle. (Water will be provided at each outdoor activity.)

HOW DOES MY CHILD CHOSE TRACK TIMES? Choosing track times will be a little different than with our past day camps.  Each camper will choose ONE of the FOUR Track Time Menus.  Under each Track Time Menu are the Track Times that they will be taking every day.  Campers may not substitute for a track time under another Menu.  For example, if Menu 2 is chosen, they will take Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football and Games all week.  They cannot take any other track time that is under another Menu.
